Currently, through the app you can only order products for which noprescription is required. With the introduction of e-prescriptions in 2021, we have started working on integrating them so that we can ensure the ability to be executed online as quickly as possible.
Can I return products from the order?

How to order for your child?
In order to protect children and adolescents, only adults can place orders through the application- respectively, it is necessary for a parent or guardian of the child to enter their information in PharmaCharm. Delivery can also be made only with a valid address, telephone number and name of an adult - parent or guardian of the child. We reserve the right to verify the age of the recipient of the medication upon delivery.
How to order with PharmaCharm?
After downloading the app, select the desired products and add them to your cart. When you go to the 'Basket' section, you will be able to change the quantities you have ordered. You choose an address (or enter a new one) to which the order will be delivered. You can also select the 'Pick up from place' option to go to the pharmacy and receive your prepared order. You can choose how to place your order - PharmaCharm selects your products based on the lowest price, highest availability or the nearest pharmacy. Please note that limited availability of certain products (marked in yellow) may delay delivery. Be sure to apply the various discounts that you are entitled to based on the specific order. Finally, select a payment method and click 'Order'. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
Is there an increase in the price of products when ordering through the application?
elp2Go delivers your products without adding any additional shipping costs. However, some partner pharmacies may charge extra for order processing.
Is there a limit to how many products I can order?
n principle, you can order the quantity you need, as long as it is available. In some cases, however, certain products may have medical restrictions (such as painkillers).
Can I find a product if I know it's barcode?
Barcode search is possible in PharmaCharm - just scan it. The barcode identifies the product and can be found on the packaging. If you search for it, you will be sure to order the same product, which is very important for medicines.
Where does PharmaCharm deliver?
As we work with Speedy, we can deliver your order anywhere in Bulgaria within 24 hours. We work with different couriers in different cities, so faster delivery within big cities is possible.
Who can place an order with PharmaCharm?
